
The JXGY static hydraulic testing machine is suitable for measuring the hydraulic instantaneous burst and long-term constant pressure resistance time of thermoplastic pipes for various fluid transport applications. The static hydraulic testing machine adopts an embedded PC (hereinafter referred to as PC) central cluster control. Every five channels form a module, and each module is equipped with a microcomputer to receive embedded PC control instructions, achieve control, and continuously feedback control information to the PC through a serial bus. The PC completes the collection and storage of test data. It has functions such as leakage warning, rupture recognition, real-time monitoring, call data recovery, printing, storage of test results, and sample preprocessing settings.
Input parameters such as ring stress, wall thickness, and average outer diameter of the pipe material on the PC, automatically calculate the test pressure, and transmit it to the lower computer (embedded system of single-chip microcomputer) through RS232 serial port. The lower computer automatically maintains constant pressure on the pipe material, and the high-pressure pump generates a high-pressure liquid pressure source. After passing through the pressure control system, it is transported by a high-pressure hose to the sample in the medium constant temperature box for long-term static hydraulic or burst testing of the pipe material. This device can fully reflect the level of product quality of the enterprise.
